These Terms of Service govern your use of LetterDeck (letterdeck.co.uk), operated by Go Select Limited, trading as WorkDeck (Company No. 13263497, registered in England and Wales). By creating an account or using LetterDeck, you agree to these Terms.
LetterDeck is an AI-powered letter writing tool that helps individuals and organisations draft formal letters across 33 letter types, including complaints, appeals, redundancy challenges, landlord and tenant correspondence, grant applications, planning objections, reference letters, workplace grievances, debt and creditor letters, subject access requests, medical negligence complaints, and more. We support both UK and US letter types, referencing the correct legislation and regulatory frameworks for each jurisdiction.
Letters generated by LetterDeck are produced using artificial intelligence and are provided as a starting point for your own correspondence. They do not constitute legal advice. You should seek independent legal advice if your situation requires it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use LetterDeck. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@letterdeck.co.uk.
Free plan: You may generate up to 2 letters per calendar month at no charge. Free users may copy generated letters but cannot download them in Word or PDF format. The free plan displays third-party advertising served by Google AdSense.
Pro plan: For £4.99 per month, you may generate unlimited letters and download them in Word (.docx) and PDF format. Pro plan subscribers do not see advertising. We will give at least 30 days notice of any price increase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

The LetterDeck platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Go Select Limited. Letters you generate are your own — we claim no rights over your generated content.
We cannot guarantee that generated letters will be accurate, complete, legally effective, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending it. We strongly recommend seeking professional advice where appropriate. References to legislation within generated letters are provided for general guidance only and may not reflect the most recent legal position.
The free plan displays third-party advertising served by Google AdSense. We have no control over the specific advertisements shown. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com. Pro plan subscribers do not see advertising.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Select Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of generated letters, any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
